We Didn’t Find Flareology.
We Needed It.
Flareology was born by women going through it and in it.

We were waking up at 3am soaked through our sheets. Losing words mid-sentence. Feeling like strangers in our own skin. And when we went looking for answers or even just products that understood what we were going through, we were met with gimmicks that didn't feel identifiable with what we needed.

So we built Flareology.

Who We Are
Honestly? We made a deliberate choice not to make this about us. Our names,
our titles, our backgrounds, none of that matters here. What matters is what
we’re all going through. The moment we made it about who we are, we risked
making it less about who you are. And that’s not what Flareology is about.
What we can tell you is this: we’re a team of women who are living this chapter
right alongside you. Some of us are in the early stages — the irregular cycles, the
mood shifts, the questions nobody warned us about. Some of us are deep in it.
Some of us are coming out the other side.
We don’t speak to you from the outside looking in. We speak to you as women
who know exactly what it feels like to Google your symptoms at midnight, to
wonder if you’re losing your mind, to wish someone would just hand you
something that actually worked.
That experience is the foundation of everything we do.

Why “Flareology”
Because the heat is real. The hot flashes, the fire in your chest, the intensity of
this transition. We’re not here to cool it down or dim it. We’re here to help you
own it.
Perimenopause to menopause and beyond aren’t the beginning of the end. It’s a threshold. And the women who move through it with intention, who take care of their bodies, their minds, and their sense of self — don’t just survive they thrive as they come out on the other side of it.
